摘要
目的探讨中医护理对中风偏瘫患者临床辅助疗效与生活自理能力的影响。方法收集2015年1月至2017年1月人院的80例中风偏瘫患者随机分为两组，对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者则加施中医护理，两组患者干预前后中风偏瘫症状积分肢体功能、痉挛程度、日常生活能力、总体干预效果与家属护理满意度比较。结果实验组患者干预后中风偏瘫症状总积分（11．14±2．37）组间比较显著性低于对照组（20．13±2．18）；干预后上肢Ful舻Meyer评分（21．40±3．37）、下肢Fulg-Meyer评分（22．08±3．08）与ADL评分（72．14±9．04）组间比较显著性高于对照组（18．16±2．90）、（18．75±2．77）、（62．38±9．31），CSI评分（9．69±1．27）组间比较显著性低于对照组（11．20±1．43），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；总有效率92．5％明显高于对照组72．5％；家属护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合运用中医护理对中风偏瘫患者生活自理能力的影响效果显著，可提升护理满意度，具有借鉴意义。
Objective To explore the clinical assistant effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care in stroke hemiplegia patients and its effect on self-care ability. Methods 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia enrolled from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine care, while the patients in the experimental group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing care. The hemiplegia symptom sore, limb function, spasticity, and daily living ability before and after the intervention, overall intervention effect, family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total score of stroke hemiplegia in the experimental group after the intervention was （11.14 ± 2.37）, significantly lower than （20.13 ± 2.18） in the control group. The upper limb Fulg-Meyer score [（21.40 ± 3.37）], the lower limb Fulg- Meyer score [（22.08 ± 3.08）], and ADL score [（72.14 ± 9.04）] in the experimental group after the intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group [（18.16 ±2.90）, （18.75±2.77）, （62.38±9.31）], and the CSI score [（9.69 ± 1.27）] was significantly lower than （11.20±1.43） in the control group （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in the experimental group （92.5%） was significantly higher than 72.5% in the control group. The satisfaction degree of the family in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing care has significant effect on self-care ability of patients with stroke hemiplegia, which can improve the nursing satisfaction and has reference significance.
