摘要 为了研究硫氧镁水泥力学性能和耐水性能,通过研究氧硫比、水硫比对硫氧镁水泥强度影响研究确定的氧硫比和水硫比的范围的基础之上在原材料基本组成的基础上添加柠檬酸和水玻璃进行改性,讨论了改性剂对硫氧镁水泥强度和耐水性能的影响。柠檬酸可以很好的改善硫氧镁水泥的力学性能,水硫比是影响硫氧镁水泥强度的重要参数。当氧硫比为1.8、水硫比为0.9、柠檬酸掺量为1.2%时,硫氧镁水泥的力学性能最好。水玻璃对硫氧镁水泥的耐水性也具有一定的改善作用,当水玻璃的掺量为2%、3%时满足硫氧镁水泥的耐水性能要求,最优耐水软化系数为0.85。 In order to determine mechanical property and water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement (MOS).On the basis of the basic components of the raw materials adding citric acid and water glass was modified and discussed the influence of modifier on the com- pressive strength and water glass of MOS cement.The results showed that citric acid can improve the mechanical properties of MOS ce- ment, and the ratio of oxygen to sulfur is an important parameter that affects the performance of the MOS cement.When the ratio of oxygen to sulfur was 1.8, the ratio of sulfur to water was 0.9, and the content of citric acid was 1.2%, the mechanical properties of the MOS cement were the best.Glass of water also played a certain role in the water resistance of MOS cement.When the dosage of water glass is 2% and 3% meet the requirements of the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement, after incorporation of water glass, the optimal water resis- tance coefficient of 0.85.
