摘要
肝寒证临床中可表现为胆怯易惊,恐惧不安,郁郁寡欢,乏力懒言、两胁不适等,且具有"晨重暮轻"的特点。而胆怯易惊则是肝寒证的典型症状,口苦,烦恐为胆热肝寒证的辨证要点。在其治疗方面,应以小柴胡汤合桂枝甘草汤为主方,根据不同患者的体质差异,灵活进行加减化裁,此外,因肝恶抑郁而喜升发,故在疾病的诊治过程中需注意灵活加入轻灵疏散之品提高疗效。
The clinical manifestations of liver cold syndrome include timidity,fright,fear,depression,fatigue,reluctance to speak,discomfort in hypochondria,and the characteristics of ＂ morning heavy and evening light ＂. Timidity and fright are the typical symptoms of liver cold syndrome,while bitter mouth and dysphoria with terror are syndrome differentiation points of syndrome of gallbladder heat and liver cold. So the treatment should mainly use Minor Bupleurum Decoction combined with Cinnamon Twig and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Decoction flexibly according to different patients＇ physique difference. In addition,because liver dislikes depression and likes sending up,so in the process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,it should be paid attention to properly add drugs with brisk evacuation to improve the curative effect.
