摘要
针灸对黄体功能不全(luteal phase defect,LPD)的治疗在临床实践中有肯定疗效,其辨证选穴有独到之处,可对LPD患者做到因人而异的个体化治疗,故针灸治疗本病具有很大的优势及临床需要。但目前仍存在一些问题:(1)关于针灸治疗LPD的相关文献不多,且因针灸的选穴、刺激量、介入时机、对照组的设计以及样本量等,对研究结果都可能产生影响;(2)中医对LPD的辨证分型、证型分布及演变规律尚未形成统一认识,且没有统一的疗效判定标准;(3)针灸治疗LPD缺乏多中心大样本的随机对照研究。所以,未来可进一步开展大规模的流行病学调查,探索LPD的发病特点、证型变化及演变规律,进而制定出符合中医辨证论治规律的规范化治疗标准,或是进一步进行大样本、多中心的临床研究,探索LPD的病因病机及针灸治疗LPD的可能机制,以期为针灸治疗LPD提供更多的理论及方法依据。
Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of luteal phase defect（ LPD） has certain curative effect in clinical practice,the dialectical point selection has its originality,can achieve the individualized treatment of LPD patients,so acupuncture treatment of this disease has great adiantages and clinical needs. But there are still some problems：（1）There hasn＇t been much literature on luteal phase defect（ LPD）; moreover,acupoint selection,stimulation intensity,intervention time,design of control group,sample size,etc.,all may affect research results;（2）There hasn＇ t been an unanimous understanding about dialectical differentiation,syndrome type distribution and evolution rule of LPD in the field of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,and there hasn＇ t been a unified standard for the judgment of treatment effect;（3）There is a lack of multi-center large-sample randomized controlled research on acupuncture treatment of LPD. Therefore,a large-scaled epidemiological investigation can be further conducted in the future,to explore LPD＇ s morbidity characteristics,syndrome type changes and evolution rule,with the aim to stipulate standardized treatment criteria in conformation with TCM＇s dialectical treatment based on syndrome differentiation; or,multi-center large-sample clinical research can be further conducted,to explore LPD etiology and pathogenesis and the possible mechanisms for LPD＇s acupuncture treatment,with the aim to provide more theoretical and methodological bases for LPD＇s acupuncture treatment.
