摘要
目的探索由专业人员组成的临终关怀团队,通过远程随访支持对恶性肿瘤患儿临终关怀的作用。方法建立临终关怀随访团队,统一随访模式,定期给予86例患儿家长治疗护理指导及心理支持,调查患儿随访期间的生存质量及家长对随访的满意度。结果全部患儿生存质量具有一定的波动性,临终关怀前及临终前生存质量较低,而在临终关怀期间能够维持较高的生存质量,专业团队远程支持能够有效减轻患儿的疼痛,进行症状管理,家长对专业团队远程支持的满意度较高。结论专业团队远程支持可以成为临终关怀的有效方式,为恶性肿瘤患儿及家长提供专业指导。
Objective To explore the effect of hospice care on children with malignant tumor through remote support by health professionals. Methods We established a hospice care follow-up team and unified the mode of follow-up. Treatment and nursing guidance and psychological support were provided for 86 parents regularly and children ’s quality of life and parents’ satisfaction with the follow-up were investigated. Results The quality of life of children was fluctuating. The quality of life was lower before receiving hospice care and at the last stage of hospice care, but it was higher during the process of hospice care. The support from medical professionals could alleviate the pain experience and manage the symptoms for children. Conclusion Hospice care though the remote support by health professionals could be an effective way to provide professional guidance for children with malignant tumor and their parents.
