摘要目的:比较右美托咪定、丙泊酚、咪达唑仑辅助硬膜外麻醉的镇静效果。方法:对75例需要进行硬膜外麻醉术的患者分为右美托咪定组(D组)、丙泊酚组(P组)和咪达唑仑组(M组),观察给予不同麻醉药物的3组患者的镇静起效时间以及苏醒时间,比较3组患者在给予麻醉药物前后对患者的平均动脉压和心率,来对给予各组麻醉药物的患者的镇静程度进行评价。结果:3组患者在进行硬膜外麻醉术时分别给予各组麻醉药物,并且通过术后回访,各组药物的镇静程度均满意,且在术后没有发现严重不良反应或并发症。结论:在进行硬膜外麻醉时,应根据不同患者的个体情况选择使用相应的镇静药物如右美托咪定、丙泊酚或咪达唑仑等进行辅助术中的镇静作用,可以减轻患者在手术中的带来的痛苦,从而提高患者的舒适度,让其更容易接受手术治疗。
