复杂异形贮箱成形工艺分析

Analysis of Forming Process of Complex Special-shaped Tank

摘要 某复杂异形贮箱是非规则外形,其为椭圆锥形结构,采用相应先进结构。其异形结构不能通过普通工艺来加工,通过对相应的先进工艺分析,对结构进行拆分成不同零件,然后再拼焊成形,解决了复杂异形贮箱的工艺问题。 A complex special-shaped tank is an irregular shape: elliptical cone structure, which should use the corresponding advanced structure. The special-shaped structure can not be processed by ordinary technology. Through the analysis of the corresponding advanced technology, the structure is split into different parts, and then welded together, which solves the process problem of complex special-shaped tank.
