摘要
目的:分析鲎试剂对细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法结果的影响。方法:采用不同鲎试剂对同一供试品进行细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法测定,对结果进行分析。结果:不同鲎试剂,对同一供试品进行细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法测定,得出不同的结果。结论:鲎试剂对细菌内毒素凝胶半定量法的结果有影响,其影响大小与其真实灵敏度有关。
Objective： To analyze the effects of limulus reagent on the results of bacterial endotoxin gel semiquantitative method.Metliods： Using different limulus reagents to measure the content of bacterial endotoxin in the same tesmental results. Results ： The results are different when different limulus reagents are used to methe same test sample by bacterial endotoxin gel semiquantitative method. Conclusion ： The effects of limulus reain gel semi-quantitative method are related to its real sensitivity.
