摘要 目的:研究超声Bl-RADS分类在乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:对2014年1月~2016年1月在我院体检中心进行作乳腺检查的1588例女性作了超声Bl-RADS分类,1588例女性汇总有111例检查结果经手术病理证实,并将证实结果与Bl-RADS分类进行相关分析。结果:1588例女性中,Bl-RADS分级:0级3例(0.19%);1级748例(47.1%);2级680例(42.82%);3级121例(7.62%);4级11例(0.69%);5级25例(1.57%)。4级11例患者共检出7例乳腺癌,占63.64%,5级25例患者共检出9例乳腺癌,占36.00%,其中乳腺癌在4级与5级中的检出比例相比,差异无统计学意义(x2=2.363,P=0.124)。结论:超声Bl-RADS分级在社区乳腺癌筛查中具有较好的检出率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To study the application value of B1-RADS classification in breast cancer screening. Methods: From Janu- ary 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital, medical center and community for 1588 eases of female breast ultrasound examination for B1-RADS classification, and related to the results of the 111 cases were confirmed by pathology and B1-RADS classification analysis. Results: In 1588 cases of female, B1-RADS grade: 0 cases of grade 3(0.19%), 1 cases of grade 748(47.1%) , 2 cases of grade 680 (42.82%),3 cases of grade 121(7.62%),4 eases of grade 11(0.69%),5 cases of grade 25(1.57%). 4 cases of 11 patients were detected in 7 cases of breast cancer, accounting for 63.64%, 5 cases of 25 patients were detected in 9 cases of breast cancer, including breast can- cer accounted for 81.82%, compared with 4 in the detection rate of the 5 grade, the difference was not statistically significant (x2= 2.363, P=0.124). Conclusion: Ultrasound B1-RADS classification has a better detection rate in the community screening of breast cancer, it is worthy of clinical application.
