摘要
目的:探讨盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片与草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:将65例60岁以上符合ICD-10诊断标准的抑郁症住院患者随机分为研究组(度洛西汀)(n=36)和对照组(艾司西酞普兰)(n=29)。治疗6周。评估者在不知患者分组情况下,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和副反应量表(TESS)评估基线和治疗开始后1、2、4、6周的临床疗效和安全性。结果:共实际完成62例,完成率为95.4%;脱落3例,脱落率为4.6%,均发生在研究组;6周后治疗不同时点两组患者HAMD评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是治疗4周末研究组、对照组的PSQI评分下降,研究组与对照组相比具有明显的差异性(P<0.01)。采用TESS评估两组患者在治疗过程中出现药物不良反应,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸度洛西汀治疗老年抑郁症是有效和安全的,值得临床使用。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and adverse effects of Duloxetine and Escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression. Methods： 65 eases of senile depression .Patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the study group and were given Duloxetine for treatment,29 cases in the control group and were given Escitalopram for treatment,6 weeks of observation. Before treatment and at 1,2,4,6 weeks,Pa- tients of two groups were assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD-17）, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）, side effects scale （TESS）. Results： A total of 62 cases completed, the completion rate was 95.4% ;3 cases of loss,the loss rate was 4.6%,occurred in the study group; after 6 weeks,HAMD of two group were compared to before treatment , the difference was si- ginificant （P 〈 0.001）, but there was not a significant difference between the study group and the control group （P〉0.05）.;TESS side effects scale assessment of two groups of patients with ad- verse drug reactions in the treatment process, there was not a significant difference between the study group and the control group （P〉O.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of senile depression patients with the Duloxetine has a significant effect and less side effects,it is worth to apply.
