摘要
目的:慢性心力衰竭患者心脏超声检查中诊断参数的价值分析。方法:选取收治的以慢性心力衰竭为诊断的患者40例为试验组,另选取同期体检中心脏健康者40例为对照组,两组均行心脏超声检查。将两组心脏超声数据左室舒张末径(LVDD)、左房内径(LAD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)对比分析。结果:试验组心脏超声LVDD、LAD显著高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对于疑似慢性心力衰竭患者采用心脏超声诊断,可直观地仔细观察患者心脏内腔,相关资料采集利于临床医生联合患者症状,完成准确诊断,且操作无创简便,诊断价值较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the value of parameters in cardiac ultrasound diagnosis of chronic heart failure patients. Method in our hospital in 2015 03 months-2017 years 03 months 40 patients were diagnosed as who were selected as the experimental group,the other selected heart health at the same time in the physical examination of 40 cases as control group,two groups were examined by echocardiography. Two sets of cardiac ultrasound data were taken from Zuo Shishu Comparative analysis of left atrium diameter（ LAD） and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） in Zhang Mojing（ LVDD）. Results The cardiac ultrasound,LVDD and LAD in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and LVEF was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusion For suspected chronic heart failure by echocardiography,can be visually observed carefully in patients with cardiac lumen,collecting related data for clinicians joint symptoms,complete and accurate diagnosis,and the operation is simple,noninvasive,high diagnostic value,it is worthy of clinical application.
