摘要
河南是农业大省,也是畜牧业大省。近年来,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,全省畜牧产业取得了显著的成绩,综合生产能力稳步提高、规模化养殖快速发展、产业化经营水平明显提升、动物疫病防控成效明显。同时也面临着诸多挑战,资源环境等制约因素日益突出、转变发展方式任务依然繁重、畜牧业安全发展形势依然严峻,政策扶持体系尚未形成。因此,今后几年的工作重点应当是,调整产业结构大力发展草食牲畜、扎实推进集群建设促进产业融合、发展生态畜牧业提高可持续发展能力、完善质量安全治理体系提高畜产品安全水平、强化科技驱动提高畜牧业技术水平、发挥畜牧业行业特点大力推进产业精准扶贫。

Therefore,the future work has been done in the following areas ： such a s ,the adjustment of industrial structure vigor-ously develop herbivorous livestock,solidly promote the cluster construction to promote industrial integratof ecological animal husbandry to improve sustainable development capacity,improve the quality tem to increase animal safety , Technology - driven to improve the level of animal husbandry technolodustry to vigorously promote the industry characteristics of poverty alleviation and so on.
