摘要
近年水文防汛抗旱应对有力,水文宣传取得突破,水文改革创新成效突出,水质监测能力不断提升,基础设施建设稳步推进。"十二五"水文基础设施建设投入巨大,水文站网管理取得新突破,情报预报服务成效显著,水质监测水平大幅提高。经济新常态下加快经济社会发展对水文提出的要求更高,深化水利改革对水文提出的任务更重,防灾减灾形势对水文提出的挑战更大。
In recent years,the hydrological flood control and drought response have been strong,the hydrological propaganda has made breakthroughs,the achievements of hydrological reform and innovation have been outstanding,the water quality monitoring capacity has been steadily improved,and the infrastructure construction has been steadily promoted. In 12 th Five-Year,the investment in hydrological infrastructure construction was huge,and new breakthroughs were made in the management of hydrological network. The service of the intelligence forecast was remarkable and the water quality monitoring level was greatly improved.Under the new normal economy,the acceleration of economic and social development requires higher hydrology. Deepening the reform of water conservancy will make the task of hydrology more serious,and the situation of disaster prevention and mitigation will pose greater challenges to hydrology.
