摘要
目的 :探讨小剂量依托红霉素对哮喘急性发作患儿肺功能及血清Gal-3、TGF-β1表达水平的影响。方法选择经诱导痰分析的80例多叶核中性白细胞型哮喘患儿随机分为观察组与对照组两组,各40例,两组采用常规综合治疗,观察组加用依托红霉素口服治疗。比较两组患儿肺通气功能及血清Gal-3、TGF-β1表达水平差异。结果两组患儿治疗后的肺功能指标(FEV_(1.0)/FVC,FEV_(1.0))均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清中Gal-3与TGF-β1表达水平均明显降低,与治疗前相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量依托红霉素能够显著改善哮喘急性发作患儿的肺功能,降低血清中Gal-3与TGF-β1表达水平。
Objective To investigate the influence of low-dose erythromycin estolate on lung function and the levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum in children with acute exacerbation of asthma. Methods 80 children with polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocytes type asthma were selected as objects and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine therapy,while the observation group was implemented low-dose erythromycin estolate on the basic of routine therapy. Their lung function and levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum were compared between the two groups. Results The lung function indicators( including FEV_(1. 0)/FVC,FEV_(1. 0)) of the two groups were much higher after treatment than those before treatment,and they were much higher in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum were much lower after treatment,and they were much lower in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Low dose of erythromycin can significantly improve lung function of children with acute exacerbation of asthma and decrease the expression of Gal-3 and TGF-β1 in serum.
