摘要
随着我国城镇化及工业化水平地不断提高,基于电网远景规划的饱和负荷预测越来越受到人们的重视。做好电力系统饱和负荷的预测对城市电网架构、电网规模的规划和发展具有重要的指导意义。该文综述了电力系统饱和负荷预测研究的最新进展,从电力系统负荷特性及常用负荷预测方法、饱和负荷的含义及判断依据和电力系统饱和负荷预测方法等方面进行了总结研究,分析了城市电力系统饱和负荷预测常用的方法,并对电力系统负荷预测技术发展趋势进行总结和展望,为城市电力系统饱和负荷预测的研究、推广提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of urbanization and industrialization in China, more and more attention has been paid to the prediction of saturated load based on power grid planning. It is important to predictthe saturation load of power grid for the planning and development of urban power grid structure and powergrid scale. This article reviewed the latest progress in the research of power system saturation load forecasting,summarized the power system load characteristics and common load prediction method, the meaning of saturated load, judgment and power system saturated load forecasting method, analyzed the common urban power system saturation load forecasting methods and outlook the power system load forecasting technology developmenttrend to provide reference for the research and promotion of city electric power system saturation loadforecasting.
