摘要
提出了适用于铅酸电池的机车动力电池管理系统的整体设计方案。系统以STM32F103RBT6芯片为核心,可以实时检测动力电池的各种运行参数:电池SOC、总电压、电流、单体电压、温度;可以根据电池状态进行故障报警。系统设计了多通道数据采集系统,并通过CAN总线与整车其他系统进行通信实现信息共享。测试结果表明,该系统能够实现多路输入信号同步采样,为电池管理系统提供有效的数据。
The overall design of the battery management system for pure electric vehicle was proposed. With STM32F103RBT6 at the core of the system, can detect various operating parameters of the power battery: battery SOC, the total voltage, current,single voltage, temperature, fault alarm according to the battery status. Design of multi-channel data acquisition system, and other systems communicating via CAN bus sharing information. Test results show that the system for multipath input signal synchronization sampling, for battery management systems to provide valid data.
