摘要
目的:分析乳腺恶性肿块的二维声像图特征,探讨其对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:对84例乳腺癌的二维超声图像表现(肿块形态、边界、包膜、纵横比、内部回声及有无钙化等)进行回顾性分析。结果:恶性肿瘤的二维超声征象有:无包膜、形态不规则、边缘成角或呈小分叶、蟹足样改变、内部回声减低不均、微钙化等。结论:二维超声图像特征对乳腺癌具有重要的诊断价值,但仍存在一定的局限性。
Objective： Analysis the features of two-dementional ultrasonic image of breast cancer,and to esplore the value of it＇s for breast cancer.Methods： Two-dementional ultrasonic image of 84 breast cancer cases were retrospectively analyzed with the focuses on the tumor shape,margin,capsule,innerecho,condition of calcificationg and so on. Result： there are the features of two-dementional ultrasonic image of breast cancer：noenvelope,irregularshape,angularmargin or microlobular,crab foot,inner echo reduce in equality,tiny calcification and so on.Conclusion：Two-dementionalultrasonic image has important value in diagnosion breast cancer,but it still has some limitations.
