摘要
惯性圆锥破碎机是一种具有独特破碎原理和结构的高效细碎设备，具有选择性料层破碎、破碎比大、实现开路破碎、过铁能力强等鲜明特点，在工业实际应用中得到了很好的验证。最新研制的GYP-1500惯性圆锥破碎机是目前国内该类设备最大型号，处理量达近300t／h，P80粒度可达12mm．能较好地满足中大型矿山企业细碎需求。GYP-1500惯性圆锥破碎机在新疆某高硬度金矿的试验成功，表明该型号设备设计可靠、性能指标稳定，在中大型矿山具有良好的应用前景。
Inertia cone crusher is an efficient fine crushing equipment with the unique principles and structures. It has many particular characters proved by industrial application such as selectively layer crushing＇ s effect, big reduction ratio, open circuit crushing, good passing tramp iron performance. GYP-1500 is the biggest inertia cone crusher in China, whose throughput can reach 300 t/h and particle size of products can reach 12 mm. So it is suitable for middle-large mine enterprises＇ fine crushing. In this paper GYP-1500 inertia cone crusher experiment on high hardness gold ore in Xinjiang is summarized. The experiment date indicates that the crusher is reliable and stable which has good application prospects on middle-large mine enterprises.
