摘要 为了研究和优化石油钻机的液压盘式刹车系统,在分析液压盘式刹车系统的工作原理及操作工艺的基础上,利用AMESim软件建立液压盘式刹车的液压控制系统模型,采用ADAMS软件建立液压盘式刹车的常开钳机械模型,建立基于AMESim和ADAMS软件的联合仿真模型。通过联合仿真,分析了不同工况下液压盘式刹车的动态响应特性,为石油钻机刹车系统的分析和优化提供一种新的研究思路。 In order to study and optimize the hydraulic disc system, a co-simulation method based on AMESim and ADAMS was put forward. After analyzing the working principle and operation technology of hydraulic disc brake system, establishthe hydraulic system model of hydraulic disc brakeby using AMESim software and establish the open clamp mechanical model by using ADAMS software. Analysis the dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic disc brake in different working conditions. As a result, it provides a new research method for the analysis and optimization of the hydraulic drilling system.
