淀粉酶和蛋白酶强化猪粪水解研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究采用α型淀粉酶和蛋白酶对猪粪进行预处理以解决猪粪水解困难的问题。结果表明,单一α型淀粉酶和蛋白酶的投加均能促进猪粪的水解,其中α型淀粉酶在投加量为30 mg/g条件下对猪粪的水解效果最佳,猪粪中溶解性化学需氧量可提高68.4%;当总投加量为30 mg/g时,α型淀粉酶与蛋白酶组成比例为3∶1的复合酶水解效果优于其他配比的复合酶及单一酶,且该复合酶对猪粪水解预处理的最佳温度及水解时间分别为45°C和6 h,在上述条件下,经复合酶预处理后的猪粪溶解性化学需氧量可提高106.9%。 To resolve the difficulty in swine manure hydrolysis, α-amylase and protease were applied for pretreatment of swine manure. The results indicated that addition of α-amylase and protease respectively could each enhance hydrolysis of the swine manure with the highest soluble COD increase efficiency of 68. 4% for the α-amylase dosage of 30 mg/g. When the compound enzymes consisting of α-amylase and protease were applied at a total dosage of 30 mg/g,the compound enzymes with the component ratio of 3 ∶ 1(α-amylase ∶protease) had higher hydrolysis efficiency than compound enzymes with any other ratios or the single enzyme.The optimum temperature of 45 ℃ and the appropriate hydrolysis time of 6 hours were also determined for the compound enzymes with the component ratio of 3 ∶ 1(α-amylase ∶ protease). Under the above conditions, the soluble COD in the swine manure pretreated with the compound enzymes increased by 106. 9%.
