摘要
[目的]调查杭州市农村老人的死亡态度现状并分析其影响因素,为开展针对性死亡教育提供依据。[方法]采用方便抽样法,运用一般情况调查问卷、中文版死亡态度描述量表修订版对杭州市4个区的250名农村老人进行调查。[结果]250名农村老人中,回收共235份问卷,有效问卷211份,死亡态度条目总分为(75.88±7.61)分,其中自然接受维度得分最高(16.95±3.10)分,其次是死亡逃避接受得分(15.29±2.95)分,死亡恐惧得分最低(14.45±3.43)分。是否曾患重病情况、目前心理状况的自我感觉及过去2年参加葬礼情况是农村老人死亡态度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]杭州市农村老人的死亡态度主要偏向于自然接受,但也有近半数的农村老人偏向于负向的死亡态度,其主要影响因素是目前心理状况、是否曾患重病和过去2年参加葬礼次数。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of the death attitude of rural elderly in Hangzhou city,and to analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for the development of targeted death education.Methods:The convenient sampling method,the General information Questionnaire and Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R)were used to investigate 250 rural elderly in 4 districts of Hangzhou city.Results:Among the 250 rural elderly,a total of 235 questionnaires were retrieved,and 211 were valid.The total score of death attitude was(75.88±7.61),the highest score was Neutral Acceptance dimension(16.95±3.10)points,followed by Death Avoidance dimension,scoring(15.29±2.95),Fear of Death dimension scored lowest(14.45±3.43).Whether had a serious illness,the current psychological condition and the participation times of funeral in the past two years were the major influencing factors of the death attitude of the elderly in rural areas(P<0.05).Conclusions:The death attitude of the rural elderly was mainly towards Neutral Acceptance,while there were nearly tending of the rural elderly tending to a negative death attitude.The main influencing factors included the current psychological condition,whether had a serious illness,and participation times of funeral in the past two years.
