大型储罐中央排水装置对油库完整性管理的影响及控制措施 被引量:5

摘要 在大型外浮顶油罐运行过程中,若中央排水装置发生变形、破裂而导致储罐泄漏失效,会造成诸如存储油品质量下降、污染自然环境、引起火灾爆炸等危害,同时也会给企业带来重大经济损失。从中央旋喷搅拌器自身结构设计缺陷、制造加工质量、现场安装质量、外界环境因素等方面对大型储罐中央排水装置在鄯善储备库实际使用中的不利影响进行了深入分析,根据分析结果提出保障中央排水装置安全的多种措施来预防和减少储罐关键附件的失效风险,主要包括控制施工进度及安装质量、优化结构设计及产品选型、加强日常检测、巡检及维护保养等。通过采取有针对性的控制措施,有效提高了大型储罐中央排水装置的适用性及可靠性,降低了装置故障发生率,效果显著。 In operation process of the large-scale external floating roof oil tank,if its central drainage device deforms or ruptures and leads to leak failure of the storage tank,many hidden troubles will occur,such as oil quality decline,environment pollution and fire and explosion,which will bring huge economic loss to the enterprise at the same time.The adverse factors of the central rotary jet blender,self-structure design defect,manufacturing quality,site installation quality and external environmental factors on Shanshan Reserve Depot are deeply analyzed,and according to the analysis result,many kinds of control measures for ensuring the safety of the central drainage device are proposed to prevent and reduce the failure risk of tank key accessories,mainly including controlling the construction schedule and installation quality,optimizing structural design and product selection,strengthening routine testing,inspection and maintenance.By adopting targeted controlling measures,the applicability and reliability of the central drainage device of the large-scale storage tanks are effectively improved,the incidence of the equipment failure is decreased,and effects are obviously.
