摘要
以陕西商洛黄铜尾矿为研究对象,通过对该地区铜尾矿物相分析结果,选择合适的浮选药剂和工艺方法,最终指标较好的铜精矿。根据分析测定该铜尾矿成分、结构特点,对铜尾矿依次进行磨矿细度试验、捕收剂用量试验、pH调整剂试验、起泡剂种类和用量试验等条件试验,确定适宜的药剂制度,并制定了"磨矿-浮选"的工艺流程,确定了最佳浮选条件。最终获得较好的浮选工艺指标,对于尾矿综合利用有借鉴意义。
Taking the Shaanxi Shangluo copper tailings as the research object ,in accordance with the characteristics of complex tailings and fine particle size, the optional test was conducted to select the appropriate process flow and concentration of reagents so that it could obtain copper concentrate with better indexes. In accordance with the XRD appraisal result, the main metal mineral tailings were pyr ite, chalcopyrite, bo rn ite, etc. According to the actual characteristics of the copper tailings, experiments such as grinding fineness test, collector type and dosage test, pH adjusting agent test,foaming agent type and dosage test were done to determine the appropriate reagent system and the “process of grinding-flotation冶 was formulated. Better flotation process indexes was acauired ,which could be used foreference of tailings comprehensive utilization.
