摘要
目的探讨与观察健康教育联合心理护理在剖宫产后恢复中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选择2015年1月至2016年8月在我院分娩的剖宫产妇300例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各150例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予健康教育联合心理护理。两组护理观察时间为2周,记录两组预后情况。结果观察组护理后的家庭生活、工作学习与社交评分分别为(19.36±4.11)、(11.36±5.40)、(12.45±4.09)分,明显高于对照组的(14.25±4.21)、(8.36±4.51)、(9.14±3.89)分(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组与对照组的护理满意度分别为100.00%和93.33%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合心理护理应用于剖宫产妇产后恢复中能改善产妇的生活质量,提高产妇的护理满意度,有利于护理工作的稳定发展。
Objective To explore and observe the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on the postpartum recovery of cesarean section. Methods A prospective study was conducted, and 300 cases of maternal with cesarean section from January 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological education combined with health education on the basis of the control group. Both groups were observed 2 weeks, and the prognosis of the two groups was recorded. Results The family life, work-study and social scores of the observation group were(19.36 ±4.11),(11.36±5.40) and(12.45±4.09) respectively,which were significantly higher than(14.25 ±4.21),(8.36 ±4.51) and(9.14 ±3.89) of the control group(P〈0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group and control group were 100.0% and 93.3% respectively and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The health education combined with psychological nursing in maternal with cesarean section can improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of maternal, which is conducive to the stable development of nursing work.
