摘要
目的分析屏障技术在医院消毒供应中心设备管理中的应用效果。方法以2015年10月为时间节点,分析2014年10月至2015年10月屏障技术应用前以及2015年10月至2016年10月屏障技术应用后医院消毒供应中心设备管理效果。结果屏障技术应用前后医院消毒供应中心设备消毒合格率、菌群浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将屏障技术应用在医院消毒供应中心设备管理中将有助于提高设备消毒合格率、降低菌群浓度,值得大力推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of barrier technology in equipment management of hospital disinfection supply center. Methods Taking October 2015 as the time node, the effect of barrier technique in the equipment management in central sterile supply department（CSSD） from October 2014 to October 2015（before application） and from October2015 to October 2016（after application） were analyzed and compared. Results Comparison of barrier technology before and after application, the disinfection qualified rate of equipment and bacterial concentration of the equipment had statistically significant difference in disinfection supply center（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of barrier technique in CSSD is helpful to improve the disinfection qualified rate of equipment, reduce the concentration of bacteria, which is worthy of promotion.
