轴流风机叶片优化设计仿真与模态分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对轴流风机在运转过程中,会碰到由于叶片的共振而引起的工作性能下降,本文利用计算流体力学(CFD)和模态分析理论,通过建立优化设计叶片的有限元模型进行仿真和模态分析,得到三种类型叶片在额定转速下流量-静压曲线和叶片的各阶固有频率及相应振型图,分析了进行叶片优化后风机性能有所改善的原因。结果表明,优化设计后改善了轴流风机工作性能,最大流量提升了5.8%,最大静压提升了7.3%,并通过差值比较得出叶片表面布置为逆螺旋三棱柱体为最佳优化方案,其叶片固有频率升高2.3%。 In view of the reduction of working performance that due to the resonance of blade for axial-flow fans, the analysis of the simulation and the modal is made through the establishment of the finite element model for blades in optimal design by using the computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) and the theory of modal analysis, which obtained the curve of flow-static pressure for three type blades under the rated rotor speed, and the blades different natural frequencies with the shapes of vibrating mode, and the reason of the improvement in working performance of the optimized fans is discussed. The result shows the maximal flow rises 5. 8% and the maximal static pressure increases 7. 3%. Setting the reverse triangular prisms spiral on the blade surface is considered as the best optimal program and the natural frequency in this kind of design rises 2. 3% .
