摘要 油垫结构对工作台的刚性有着重要影响,针对这一问题,以扇形油垫为例,从油腔的深度、形状、结构3个方面的变化对其进行静力学和流场分析;同时基于ANSYS Workbench流固耦合分析,对比分析了槽形、扇形、圆形3种油腔形状,将流场产生的压力施加到油垫的油腔,对油垫进行力学分析,为油垫的结构优化设计提供了依据。 The structure of the oil cushion has an important influence on the workbench rigidity, pointed to this problem, used the fan cushion for an example, changing the depth, shape and structure of the oil chamber of three aspects, its statics and the flow field are analyzed. Based on fluid-structure coupling analysis ANSYS Workbench, comparative analysis was carried out of the trough, fanshaped, and round of three oil chamber shape, the flow field generated pressutre was applied to the oil chamber of oil cushion. Mechanical analysis is done on the oil pad, which provides the evidence to the optimization design of cushion structure.
