摘要 CD147是广泛存在于细胞膜表面的一种跨膜糖蛋白分子,属于免疫球蛋白超家族的一员。正常情况下,CD147分子广泛表达于身体各部分的组织,但其表达程度一般较低。经过长期大量的临床资料研究发现,在包括肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、膀胱癌等多种常见肿瘤当中,CD147分子常常会被激活并重新表达。而且CD147通过多种机制可以促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移,在肿瘤的恶性生物学行为中扮演了重要角色。本文主要综述了CD147在肝细胞癌、乳腺癌及宫颈病变中的作用及其发生机制,并对CD147的应用前景进行了展望。 CD147 is a transmembrane glycoprotein found on the surface of cell membrane and belongs to the superfamily of immunoglobulin superfamily. Normally, CD147 molecules are ubiquitously expressed in tissues of all parts of the body, but their expression levels are generally low. A large amount of clinical data have showed that CD147 molecules are frequently activated and re-expressed in a variety of common tumors, including liver, lung, breast, colon, and bladder cancers. Moreover, CD147 can promote tumor invasion and metastasis through a variety of mechanisms, and play an important role in the malignant biological behavior of tumors. This review focuses on the role and mecha-nism of CD147 in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer and cervical lesions, and gives a reasonable outlook for the ap-plication of CD147.
