摘要
目的探究护理干预于真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用价值。方法选择在2016年3月—2017年3月间在该院接受治疗的90例真菌性阴道炎患者作为该次观察研究的对象,将他们按照硬币法随机分成对比组和研究组,每组患者45例,分别施以常规护理与护理干预,比较2组患者护理效果。结果经4周的治疗且辅以相应的护理方法之后,研究组患者治疗整体有效率97.8%要明显高于对比组的84.4%(P<0.05);治疗8周后,统计2组患者复发情况,研究组患者复发率8.9%要比对比组复发率24.4%低(P<0.05),另外,研究组患者生活质量评分(94.3±8.2)分要明显高于对比组患者的(71.8±6.3)分(P<0.05)。结论对真菌性阴道炎患者的治疗同时辅以护理干预,有利于改善患者生活质量、提高其临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the application value of nursing intervention in treatment of colpomycosis. Methods 90 cases of patients with colpomycosis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the research group adopted the nursing intervention, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After 4-week treatment supported by corresponding nursing method, the holistic effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.8% vs 84.4%）（P〈0.05）, after 8-week treatment,the recurrence situation of the two groups was counted and the recurrence rate in the research group was lower than that in the control group,（8.9% vs 24.4%）（P〈0.05）, besides, the quality of life score in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（94.3±8.2）points vs（71.8±6.3）points]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment supported by nursing intervention for colpomycosis patients is conducive to improving the quality of life and improving its clinical treatment effect.
