摘要
目的研究并分析对糖尿病患者使用康复护理服务后对其生存质量的影响效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年5月该院收治糖尿病患者共126例,通过区组随机化分为对照组(63例)和观察组(63例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合康复护理服务,将两组生存质量评分进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的生存质量评分更低(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的护理过程中,康复护理服务能够显著提升其生存质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To research and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing services of diabetes patients on the survival quality. Methods 126 cases of diabetes patients form March 2016 to May 2017 in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing services on the basis of the routine nursing, and the survival quality score of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The survival quality score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing service can obviously improve the survival quality in the nursing course of patients with diabetes, and it is worth promotion and application.
