摘要
以真空电渗技术对水厂污泥进行脱水,考察了pH值、电压梯度、脱水时间等因素对真空电渗过程中水厂污泥中铝去除的影响。研究结果表明,降低水厂污泥初始pH值和增加电压梯度都能提高水厂污泥中铝的去除率。在初始pH值=3.0和电压梯度为2.5 V/cm的条件下,水厂污泥中的铝在400、800、1 200、1 600min的平均去除率分别可达31.0%、42.6%、47.2%和50.3%。
The sludge of WTP was dewatered by iacuum electro-osmosis technology. The influence of pH,testing time and voltage gradient on removal performance of Al was investigated. The results showed that decrease of initial pH of sludge and increase of voltage gradient could improve the removal performance of Al. Under the condition of initial pH value = 3.0 and numerical value of voltage gradient was 2.5 V/cm,average removal performance of Al was 31.0%、 42.6%、 47.2%和 50.3% at 400、 800、 1 200 min and 1 600 min, respectively.
