基于PDC的变压器油浸纸老化程度与水分含量评估方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 为将极化去极化电流法(PDC)应用于实际运行中变压器油纸绝缘的状态评估,笔者在实验室搭建了油纸绝缘PDC测试试验平台,测试了不同老化程度不同水分含量油浸纸样品的PDC特性曲线,并对测试结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明:在测试时间范围内,老化程度对油浸纸极化电流曲线的前段和中段以及去极化电流曲线的整个测试阶段产生影响;水分含量对油浸纸极化电流曲线的整个测试阶段以及去极化电流曲线中末段产生影响。提出以初始去极化电流idp1作为油浸纸聚合度的映射特征量,稳态极化电流id(电导电流)作为水分含量的映射特征量,分别拟合出两者之间的函数关系,以此提出一种适用于不同老化程度油浸纸水分含量的评估方法。 To apply the polarization and depolarization current (PDC)method to state evaluation of transformer's oil-paper insulation,a PDC test platform of oil-paper insulation was set up to obtain the PDC characteristic curves of the oil-paper samples with different aging degree and moisture content.Analysis on these curves shows that: 1 ) the aging degree exerts effects on the front and middle segments of the of the polarization current curve and the whole depolarization current curve;2)the moisture content exerts effects on the whole polarization current curve and the middle and last segments of the depolarization current curve.It is suggested that the initial depolarization current idp1 and steady polarization current id(conduction current)be taken as the mapping characteristic quantities of oil paper's degree of polymerization and moisture content,respectively to fit their functional relationship for the assessment purpose of the moisture content of oil-paper with different aging degree.
