标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型脑外伤的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨标准大骨瓣减压术与常规骨瓣开颅术治疗重型脑外伤的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的79例重型脑外伤患者根据其手术方式差异分组,定义接受常规骨瓣开颅术治疗的39例患者作为对照组,另外采用标准大骨瓣减压术的40例患者作为观察组,对比两组患者手术效果。结果术后第7 d观察组颅内压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、手术恢复优良率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型脑外伤效果确切,优势更明显。 Objective To investigate the efect of standard large bone fap decompression and conventional craniotomy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 79 patients with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital were divided into 39 groups according to the diferent surgical methods, in addition, 40 patients with standard large bone flap decompression were used as the observation group, and the operation efect of the two groups was compared. Results The intracranial pressure of the observation group 7 d was lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05); The incidence of complications and recovery rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Standard large bone flap decompression is effective in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury, and its advantages are more obvious.
