摘要
针对北京市光电产业的需求和高等学校高水平人才交叉培养计划的要求,北京信息科技大学和北京理工大学共同实施光电信息科学与工程专业"液晶电视制造"和"平板显示制造"方向"双培计划",参加该计划的学生前3年在北京理工大学光电学院学习,最后1年在北京信息科技大学仪器科学与光电工程学院学习。为此两校制定专门的培养方案,包括培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系等。并建立虚拟教研室,实现"双培计划"学生培养的良好沟通和有序对接。同时对"双培计划"实施过程中的问题进行深入思考与分析。
In order to meet the requirements of optoelectronics industry and cross training program for high level talents in colleges and universities in Beijing, cooperating with Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Information Science & Technology University implements the co-cultiva- tion program in the fields of LCD TV manufacturing and flat panel display manufacturing for Optoelectronic Information and Science and Engineering. In this co-cultivation program, the students study at School of Optoelectronics, Beijing Institute of Technology in the first three years, and study at School of Instrumentation Science & Optoelectronics Engineering, Beijing Information Science & Technology Uni- versity in the last one year. For this reason, a specialized training plan including training objective, graduation requirement and curriculum system is made. Additionally a virtual teaching and research section is set up to realize the good communication and ordered integration of the training of students in the co-cultivation program between the two universities. The problems of the co-cultivation program in the pro- cess of implementation is also deeply explored and analyzed.
