摘要
心理资本和职业幸福感是当前积极心理学研究的重要话题,辅导员职业幸福感的增强对学生成长成才及高校学生教育管理具有重要意义。采用心理资本量表、工作投入量表和工作满意度量表对226名高校辅导员进行调查研究。结果表明:高校辅导员心理资本与职业幸福感呈显著正相关,并具有较强的正向预测作用,心理资本可以通过动机激发促进高校辅导员职业幸福感的提升。
Psychological capital and professional happiness is domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners management focus on the important issues. College counselors' professional happiness is not only beneficial to improve work achievement,but also more advantageous to promote the students to grow up. A survey has been conducted with 226 college instructors based on the psychological capital scale,job involvement and job satisfaction scale. Results showed that the psychological capital and professional happiness of college counselors( job involvement and job happiness)was significantly positively related to each dimension,the psychological capital of career happiness( job involvement and job satisfaction) has certain prediction effect. The psychological capital can improve the college counselors' professional happiness by motive stimulation.
