摘要
目的:打造医院资金流、物品流、信息流三流合一的新型医药购销模式。方法:以信息连接为通路,将现代医药物流信息化系统、自动化技术和管理方法延伸到医院需求科室,为医院提供专业化、个性化的信息管理解决方案。结果:运用自动上下线补货系统(HPD)、电子商务平台(B2B、B2C)、现代化仓储物流管理软件(LMIS),建立库存管理、采购、分发等面向医院的供应链系统,形成运行高效、成本低廉又能相互约束、相互控制的物流系统和制衡机制。结论:对医院所涉医疗及非医疗物资采购、库存管理、配送管理、供应商资质管理等全过程进行优化,使医院相关人员从采购、供应、仓储中解放出来,更好地做好临床医疗服务。
Objective： Build a hospital cash flow, goods flow, information flow, third-rate unity of new pharmaceutical sales model. Methods： Pathway for information connecting to modern medicine logistics information system, automation technology and management method extends to the demand of hospital departments, for hospital to provide professional, personalized information management solutions. Results： The use of automatic line up and down replenishment system （HPD）, electronic commerce platform （B2B, B2C）, modern warehousing logistics management software （LMIS）, establish inventory management, procurement, distribution and supply chain software system in hospital, form a running efficiency, low cost and the logistics system of mutual constraint, nmtual control and checks and balances. Conclusion： The hospital involved in medical and non-medical materials procurement, inventory management, distribution management, supplier quality management, such as process optimization, make the hospital personnel from the procurement, supply, storage, clinical medical service better.
