溶剂极性对卤代烃磺化制备脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐收率的影响

The influence of solvent polarity on the yield of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates prepared by halogenated hydrocarbon sulfonation

摘要 利用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚卤代生成的卤代烃进行磺化制备磺酸盐型阴离子-非离子表面活性剂,仍然是目前三次采油技术的研究热点和难点。选取了4种非质子溶剂和4种质子型溶剂作为反应介质,考察不同溶剂对磺化反应收率的影响。实验结果表明以质子型溶剂作为反应介质的体系,目标产物收率高于以非质子型溶剂作为反应介质的体系。进一步的实验发现把不同的质子型溶剂复配作为反应体系的混合溶剂,使目标产物的收率达到60%以上,并对产物在高温高盐条件下进行了界面活性测试。 It is still research focus and difficulty that sulfonate anionic-nonionic surfactant was prepared by sulfonation of the halogenated hydrocarbon from fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether for EOR.Four kinds of aprotic solvents and four kinds of protic solvents were selected as the reaction medium,and the influence of different solvents on the yield of sulfonation reaction was investigated.The experimental results showed that the target product yield in protic solvents was higher than that in the aprotic solvent.Further experiments found that the combination of different protic solvents could raise the target product yield above 60%.The interfacial activity test of the product under high temperature and high salt was carried out.
