摘要
基于围护结构的一位稳态传热理论,推导出围护结构的传热系数与围护结构两侧的空气温度、内表面温度以及内表面换热阻的关系,进而提出采用红外辐射测温技术方便快捷地检测围护结构传热系数的方法。根据利用红外测温技术检测建筑围护结构的传热系数的原理与方法,研制一种不需要通过测量建筑围护结构的热流来检测其传热系数的设备,检测过程无需将连着导线的传感器固定于围护结构表面,因此使设备变得便携且使用方便。
The commonly-used in-situ test method of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and its existing problems are introduced briefly in the paper. Through theoretical derivation based on the one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer, the mathematical relation between heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and its one side surface temperature is given in the paper. A method for conveniently and rapidly detecting heat transfer coefficient of building envelope with infrared radiation temperature measuring technology is proposed. Lastly, according to the principle and method of detecting heat transfer coefficient of building envelope with infrared radiation temperature, a kind of in-suit deteetor of heat transfer coefficient of portable building envelope is designed. It is hoped that this design will provide economic, high-efficient, and rapid detecting means for in-suit detection of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope.
