摘要
目的:探讨穴位贴敷诱发小鼠背部接触性皮炎模型制备及评价方法。方法:以经典的2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱发的小鼠背部接触性皮炎模型作为参照,制备不同穴位贴敷方法诱发的小鼠背部接触性皮炎模型,观察皮损肉眼下及光镜下组织病理学特点。结果:肉眼下穴位贴敷造模小鼠皮损与DNFB造模小鼠皮损颜色、形态、质地等相似,符合接触性皮炎肉眼下表现。光镜下皮损组织病理学均示穴位贴敷诱发接触性皮炎模型小鼠皮损皮肤表皮角质层破坏,真皮层炎细胞浸润与DNFB诱发接触性皮炎模型小鼠表现存在高度相似性,符合接触性皮炎的病理学改变。结论:成功建立穴位贴敷诱发的小鼠背部接触性皮炎模型,以肉眼下及光镜下病理作为评价方法。
Objective: To establish and evaluate a mice model of back contact dermatitis which is induced by acupoint sticking. Methods: Compare to the classical contact dermatitis mice model which is induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) , we established a mice model of back contact dermatitis induced by different acupoint sticking methods. We observed the macroscopic and microscopical characteristics of skin lesions with different kinds of acupoint sticking. Results : we found the high resemblance of the color, shape and texture between acupoint sticking models and DNFB model. Acupoint sticking models were highly in accord with DNFB model in the changes of epidermal damage and dermis inflammatory cells infiltration under the light microscope, which fitted in the changes of contact dermatitis. Conclusion:We successfully established a mice model of back contact dermatitis induced by acupoint sticking, the method was evaluated by macroscopic and microscopic pathology.
