摘要
利用电感耦合等离子体质谱,测定内蒙古包头南海湿地的夜鹭(Nycticorax nycticorax)鸟卵壳及卵内容物中重金属Fe、Zn、Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb、Ni的含量,并对其进行统计分析,结果表明:夜鹭卵壳中重金属含量为Fe>Cr>Cu>Zn>Pb>Ni>Mn,卵内容物中重金属含量为Fe>Zn>Cu>Cr>Mn>Ni>Pb,7种重金属中Cu、Zn、Pb、Fe、Mn的含量在卵壳及内容物差异显著,其中内容物中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量极显著高于卵壳,而卵壳Pb含量显著高于内容物.同其它同类研究结果相比,该地区Fe、Zn、Cr、Cu、Mn重金属污染较严重,这可能与当地的工业生产和农业活动有关.
The Fe,Zn,Cr,Cu,Mn,Pb,and Ni content in the eggshells and contents of Nycticorax nycticoraxfrom Nanhai wetland in Baotou,Inner Mongolia were examined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The content of heavy metals in Nycticorax nycticoraxeggshells were Fe〉Cr〉Cu〉Zn〉Pb〉Ni〉Mn,while in the egge contents were Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Cr〉Mn〉Ni〉Pb.The contents of Cu,Zn,Pb,Fe and Mn were significantly different in eggshells and egg contents.The content of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in egg contents were significantly higher than those in the eggshells,while the content of Pb in the eggshell was significantly higher than that in the egg contents.When compared with other similar studies,our results indicated that the Fe,Zn,Cr,Cu and Mn heavy metal pollution in this region was much more serious,which may related to local industrial and agricultural activities.
