摘要
建立HPLC法同时测定不同时间旱柳树叶中水杨苷、邻苯二酚和颤杨苷的含量的分析方法,在流动相为甲醇-缓冲液(乙酸钠0.02 mol/L-冰乙酸2%)梯度洗脱(0→18 min,5∶95;18→45 min,36∶64),体积流量1.0m L/min,检测波长:0→3 min(356 nm),3→18 min(270 nm),18→27 min(356 nm),27 min以后270 nm条件下测定,平均加样回收率分别为100.5%,100.4%和100.2%。
To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the content of salicin, catechol,and tremuloidin of the leaves of Sal ix ma ts u d a n a. The mobile phase was methanol-buffer solution (sodium acetate 0.02 mol/ L-acetic acid 2%) gradient (0-^18min,5:95; 18 -45min,3 6 : 6 4 ),mobile phase flow rate 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength 0-3 min (356 nm),3 -18 min (270 nm),18-27 min (356 nm),27-45 min (270 nm). the average recoveries were 100.5%,100.4%,and 100.2%.
