摘要
目的研究经瞳孔区硅油取出联合超声乳化摘除对硅油填充后白内障患者术后视力改善情况。方法选取2015年2月—2017年2月南阳医专第一附属医院就诊行白内障超声乳化摘除术患者120例,详细记录比较患者经术后视力恢复情况、生活质量变化及术中、术后并发症情况。结果术后患者总体视觉、眼痛、近距离工作、远距离工作、精神健康、色彩视觉、社交功能、周边视野评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后视力0.2~0.3、0.4~0.5比例高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中、术后均未发生严重并发症影响手术及患者恢复。结论经瞳孔区硅油取出术联合超声乳化摘除对硅油填充后白内障患者其并发症较少,术后视力恢复良好,安全可靠。
Objective To study improvement effect of pupillary zone silicone oil removal combined with phacoemulsification on eyesight of cataract patients after silicone oil filling. Methods 120 cases of cataract patients needed to be treated with phacoemulsification admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College form February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the object of study. These patients were recorded for eyesight recovery,change of quality of living and occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications after surgery in detail. Results The scores of general eyesight,ophthalmodynia,near work, telecommute, mental health, color vision, social function and peripheral visual field after operation were higher than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The visual from 0. 2 to 0. 3,and from 0. 4 to 0. 5 after operation were higher than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). There was no serious complications affecting surgeries and recovery of patients after operation. Conclusion Pupillary zone silicone oil removal combined with phacoemulsification cause less complications for cataract patients with good eyesight recovery,which is safe and reliable.
