摘要
目的探究神经性皮炎采用梅花针叩刺加拔罐并配合心理护理的效果。方法在2015年6月—2017年5月选取所在科室60例神经性皮炎患者进行分析,采用随机抽签分类法将所有的患者分为对照组和研究组,每组试验样本为30例。对照组采用梅花针叩刺加拔罐治疗,研究组采用梅花针叩刺加拔罐治疗配合心理护理,评估2组患者的治疗效果以及满意度。结果相对于对照组,研究组患者的满意度更高,治疗效果更好,均P<0.05。结论采用梅花针叩刺加拔罐治疗配合心理护理对神经性皮炎患者进行治疗,患者的满意度较高,治疗效果较好,值得临床深究。
Objective To explore the effect of plum blos som needle tapping and cupping therapy combined with nursing and psychological nursing on neurotic dermatitis. Methods 60 cases of neurodermatitis patients from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected. All the patients were divided into control group and study group by random draw classification, and each group had 30 cases. The control group was treated with plum blossom needle tapping and cupping therapy, and the study group was treated with plum blossom needle and cupping therapy combined with psychological nursing. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and satisfaction was evaluated. Results Comparing with the control group, the patients in the study group had higher satisfaction and better therapeutic effect P〈0.05. Conclusion The plum blossom needle tapping and cupping therapy combined with psychological care on nerve dermatitis has higher satisfaction and good therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical study.
