摘要
借助电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)技术,分析新型含V的ULC-BH钢在750℃不同退火时间后的微观织构演变及析出行为。结果表明:在750℃退火2 min后,ULC-BH钢织构主要为{111}//ND取向。随着退火时间的增加,{111}<110>织构强度逐渐减弱,而{111}<112>织构强度不断提高,γ织构均匀性变差,{111}面织构整体强度先增大后减弱。研究表明,对于Ti含量较低添加V的高强ULC-BH钢,析出物较少,再结晶退火后不会产生Fe Ti P不利析出物,主要为Ti N、Mn S及二者复合析出物,大部分弥散分布在晶内,极少数析出物在晶界上析出且尺寸相对较大。
Microtexture and precipitate behavior of a new high strength V-bearing ULC-BH steel annealed at 750 ℃ for different time were measured by electron back scattering diffraction technique,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the main texture is { 111} plane texture for the ULC-BH steels when the annealing time more than 2 min at 750 ℃. The strength of { 111} 〈112〉 texture increases with annealing time increasing,and instead of vice versa for { 111 } 〈110〉 texture. In addition,the strength of the { 111} plane texture of the steel increases first and then decreases with annealing time increasing. This investigation indicated that,for the ULC-BH steel containing V with low Ti content after annealing at 750 ℃ for different times,the harmful Fe Ti P precipitate is not observed,but mainly Ti N and Mn S precipitates,or their compounds,most of which present inside the grains,and some fewer large size particles of which distribute at or near the grain boundaries.
