中药复方对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound on the immune fuction of mice

摘要 为了筛选能够提高免疫抑制小鼠免疫水平的中药复方。本试验采用环磷酰胺人工建立小鼠免疫低下模型。将造模成功的小鼠随机分为中药复方高、中、低剂量组(40 g/kg体重、20 g/kg体重、10 g/kg体重),模型组,阳性药物组,设置空白对照组。检测各组小鼠免疫器官指数、血清溶血素水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清中免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M含量。结果显示:与模型组比较,复方中、低剂量组小鼠体重增长数较高,脾脏指数显著性升高(P<0.05);复方高、中、低剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、吞噬指数均显著性升高(P<0.05);复方中剂量组小鼠血清溶血素含量、血清中Ig G、Ig M含量极显著性升高(P<0.01)。结果表明,中药复方中剂量组能有效拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。 In order to screen out the traditional Chinese medicine compounds which can improve the immunity level of immunosuppressive mice,models were established artificially with cyclophosphamide. After the mouse models were established,mice with similar weight were randomly divided into five groups,including Chinese medicine compound high dose,medium dose and low dose( the immunosuppressive mice were treated with 40 g/kg,20 g/kg and 10 g/kg traditional Chinese medicine compound,repectively),immunodepression model group,positive group,and blank control group. In this study,the indexes of thymus and spleen,peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function,serum hemolysin content and serum levels of Ig G,and Ig M in mice were analyzed. The results showed that when compared with model group,the body weight of mice was higher,the spleen index significantly increased( P〈0. 05) in the compound low and high dose groups. The peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index were significantly higher( P〈0. 05) of compound high,medium and low dose groups; the levels of serum hemolysin content and serum Ig G,and Ig M were significantly increased( P〈0. 01) of Chinese medicine compound medium dose group. It is concluded that the middle dose group of Chinese medicine could effectively inhibit the immunosuppressive effect of cyclophosphamide and improve the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
