摘要
目的探讨SHEL模式在护士安全认知培训中的应用及效果评价。方法选取150名临床护士为观察组,150名临床护士为对照组,对照组沿用常规安全管理法对护士进行培训,观察组护士采用SHEL模式,从软件、硬件、环境及人件4个方面进行培训,包括设置内容及制订实施方案,比较两组护士安全知识得分及患者满意度。结果培训后观察组护士在护理内容、安全意识及生活细节得分均高于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 SHEL模式有助于提高护士对安全的认知度,强化其安全意识、提升护士护理安全管理能力,促进患者满意度提高。
Objective To explore the application and the effectiveness evaluation of SHEL model in nurses' safety cognition training. Methods Totally, 150 clinical nurses were selected as the observation group and 150 clinical nurses were the control group. The control group was treated with conventional safety management method. The observation group adopted the SHEL mode to set the contents and the implementation plans from 4 aspects including software,hardware, environment and litigant parts. After the training,the scores of the two groups of nurses &#39; knowledge cognition and the satisfaction degree of patients were com-pared. Results The scores of nursing content,safety consciousness,living details in observation group were higher than those in control group after training (P 〈 0. 01),and patients satisfaction was significantly increased(P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion SHEL model is helpful to improve nurses'cognition of safety knowl-edge,strengthen their safety consciousness,improve nursing safety management ability,and promote patients' satisfaction.
