水泥在生产过程中助磨剂起到粉碎的作用,有效预防一些杂物阻塞仓板,等待水泥助磨剂的工艺处于饱和状态时,要在设备中使用具有多种功能的水泥助磨剂,确保水泥各个含量符合标准,使用水泥助磨剂时可以通过实验进行供料和计量,充分发挥助磨剂的强度作用,使水泥企业生产出质量合理的助磨剂,注重助磨剂的质量和性能,逐步降低能源的消耗,减少有害气体的排放量,推动水泥企业的可持续发展。
In the process of cement production, grinding aids play a role in grinding, and prevent effectively some debris from blocking board.When the cement grinding aids are in the saturated state, the cement grinding aids with many functions should be used in the equipment to ensure that the content of the cement meets the standard.When the cement grinding aid is used,the materials can be supplied and measured by experiments,and the strength of the grinding aids can be fully brought into play so that the cement enterprises can produce the grinding aids with reasonable quality.Pay attention to the quality and performance of grinding aids,gradually reduce the consumption of energy, reduce the emission of harmful gases,and promote the sustainable development of cement enterprises.
