摘要
目的:探讨鼻再造术一次性修复鼻及鼻周缺损患者围手术期观察和护理。方法:选取于本院行鼻再造术一次性修复鼻及鼻周缺损患者20例,从术前准备、术后护理、饮食指导、心理支持等多方面进行护理干预,观察其修复情况。结果:20例患者于围手术期行综合规范护理,取得了较高的患者满意度,无相关并发症发生,患者均治愈出院,恢复良好。结论:对患者围手术期的严密观察与护理是保证鼻再造术一次性修复鼻及鼻周缺损成功的基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing care of the patients with the nasal and the surrounding defects repaired by nasal reconstruction. Methods A total of 20 patients with the nasal and the surrounding defects were treated by nasal reconstruction in our hospital. The nursing and observation were carried out from the aspects of preoperative preparation, postoperative nursing, diet guidance, psychological support and so on. Results 20 patients underwent comprehensive standardized nursing during the perioperative period, achieved high patient satisfaction, no complications, patients were cured and recovered well. Conclusion The close observation and nursing of perioperative period of patients is the basis for the successful reconstruction of the nasal and the surrounding defects.
