摘要
以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和氯丁橡胶(CR)为骨架材料,对共混料的硫化体系、防热老化体系、填充补强体系、阻燃体系进行选择,通过测定橡胶护套材料的力学性能、老化性能、耐油性能、阻燃性能,优化出一种矿用电缆用橡胶护套料配方。实验结果表明:所得橡胶护套材料拉伸强度达16 MPa,断裂伸长率达550%,抗撕裂强度达10.6 MPa,135℃热老化试验后,产品力学性能良好,极限氧指数(LOI)达44%以上,耐油性能较好,燃烧时的发烟量较低。性能优良,制备工艺简单,可操作性强。
Used CPE/CR as the basic material, selected the curing, thermal aging, filling reinforcing, fire system formula, and through tests for mechanical properties, aging resistance, oil resistance, flame retardance, we got a rubber sheath formulation for mining cable. The test results showed that:This rubber sheath material tensile strength attains 16MPa,breaking elongation attains 550% ,tear strength attaims 10. 6MPa, after 135℃ thermal ageing test, the mechanic properties of product are good as before test, oxygen index (LOI)is 44%, and which have, good oil resistance, low amount of smoke when burning also.
