Objective To investigate correlation analysis of blood Lp-PLA2, HCY, UA levels in cerebral ,infarction patients with normal blood lipid. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,100 patients with normal blood cerebral infarction treated in neurology department of our hospital were selected as the subjects. Healthy people were selected from examination in 50 cases as control group. The incidence of hypertension, serum LP-PLA2, Hcy, UA, Hs-CRP levels were measured. Based on the Pearson analysis and multiple regression analysis, the relationship between different NIHSS scores and serum levels of LP-PLA2, Hcy and UA were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of cerebral infarction, serum LP- PLA2, Hcy, UA, Hs-CRP in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). By Pearson correlation analysis, LP-PLA2 in patients with cerebral infarction had no correlation with hypertension and hs- CRP, had positive correlation with Hcy -UA. Through multiple regression analysis, serum LP-PLA2 ,Hcy, UA levels are independent risk factors for cerebral infarction. The higher the NIHSS score was,the higher the serum LP- PLA2, Hcy and UA levels were ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum levels of LP-PLA2, Hcy and UA are closely related to normal blood cerebral infarction, and have important significance for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of normal blood cerebral infarction.
